Diem Guard Solutions - Terms and Conditions
- Service Agreement and Dispute Initiation:
- Once a service agreement has been signed and the invoices to be handled by Diem Guard Solutions are agreed upon, and the dispute resolution process has commenced, cancellation is not allowed.
- Authorization for Dispute Resolution:
- The service agreement must be duly authorized for Diem Guard Solutions to initiate the per diem dispute resolution process. No dispute resolution activities will commence without proper authorization.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment terms commence with a net 30 from the resolution of invoice notifications. Net 30 does not start once funds have been refunded or credited; it only initiates at the point of waiver.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is not permitted once the per diem dispute resolution process has started. Once the service agreement is in effect, both parties commit to seeing the dispute resolution through to its conclusion.
- Refund or Credit Impact on Payment Terms:
- Payment terms are not affected by the refunding or crediting of funds. Net 30 begins its countdown from the resolution of invoice notifications, irrespective of the subsequent handling of funds.
- Communication and Notifications:
- Both parties agree to maintain open and transparent communication throughout the dispute resolution process. Any changes to the status of the dispute or resolution notifications will be promptly communicated.
- Termination of Agreement:
- The service agreement may be terminated by either party with prior written notice. However, termination does not exempt the party from any obligations accrued up to the point of termination.
- Governing Law:
- This agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
- Changes to Terms:
- Diem Guard Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
